2. What are your rates?

  • Prices vary by vehicle. Please click here to see our full inventory and pricing options. â€‹

3. What area do you service?

  •  We primarily service the Tri State area, however WE GO EVERYWHERE! For extended trips (domestic or international) please email us at [onthedoubletransport@gmail.com] or call 1 877 240 0082​

4. Do you offer any packages or discounts?

  • Weddings, proms, corporate outings. Please click here to see our current specials and discounts. â€‹

5. How far in advance should I book?

  • Early as possible. Preferably 24 hours in advance

6. Can I make a last-minute booking?

  •  Depends on availability​

7. What is the cancellation policy?
You must cancel 24 hours before your scheduled rental time.

8. What is included in the rental price

  • Personal driver and Refreshments (beverages, chips)

9. Can I see the vehicle before I book

  • Yes. 

10. Are your vehicles insured and licensed?

  • Yes

11. What amenities are included in the Sprinter and Shuttle Bus

  • Wi-Fi, TV’s, sound system, gaming system, refreshments

12. Can I request special amenities or decorations?

  • You are allowed to bring your own decorations and beverages

13. What happens if my plan changes on the day of service?

  • Please give us a call as soon as possible and we will work with you to make adjustments to your reservation.

14. Can the driver make multiple stops?

  • Yes, however additional charges may apply

15. What forms of payment do you accept?

  • All major credit cards, cash app, apple pay and google pay

16. Is gratuity included in the price

  • No. If you enjoyed your ride, feel free to tip our drivers. 

17. What are the policies on alcohol and smoking

  • Absolutely no smoking

  • Alcohol is allowed providing you drink responsibly

Terms and Conditions:

  • All deposits are non-refundable 

  • Late fees will be applied to all vehicles that are not returned at the agreed upon time 

  • In the event of excessive trash, furniture rips or stains, and damages deemed excessive - a cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
